By accessing or using the Website or Services, including purchasing any products such as our covert physical crypto coins (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Website or Services.

Important Notice: These Terms are provided as standard practices in the cryptocurrency hardware wallet and physical asset industry.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under these Terms.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18 years old), you have obtained the express consent of your parent or legal guardian to access and use the Services and to agree to these Terms on your behalf.
• If you are accessing or using the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you have the full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website with the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

CryptoBurrow™ offers innovative covert physical coins designed for secure, discreet storage of cryptocurrency private keys. Our Products include limited-edition coins themed by respective cryptocurrencies, minted in various metals such as gold, platinum, silver, copper, brass, and others.

Key features include:

• User-generated private keys for maximum security.
• No middleman involvement; direct peer-to-peer ownership.
• Trustless system based on blockchain principles.
• Blending of precious metals with blockchain technology for asset protection.

The Services also include access to the Website for information, purchasing Products, subscribing to updates, and related support. We may offer additional features into the future, subject to these Terms.

Security Warning: You are solely responsible for generating, managing, securing, and backing up your private keys and any recovery phrases (e.g., mnemonic words). CryptoBurrow™ does not store, access, or recover your keys. Loss, theft, or disclosure of your keys may result in permanent loss of access to your cryptocurrencies. We do not provide financial advice, custodial services, or guarantees regarding cryptocurrency values or security breaches due to user error.

3. Eligibility and Account

To use certain Services, you may need to subscribe to our mailing list or create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including if we believe you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

No-KYC Policy: We do not require Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification for purchases, emphasizing privacy. However, you must comply with all laws in your jurisdiction regarding cryptocurrency and precious metals ownership.

4. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

4.1 Placing Orders

Products are available for purchase exclusively through the Website. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and duties. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders (even after confirmation) due to unavailability, errors, fraud suspicion, or other reasons. If we cancel an order, we will refund any payments made.

4.2 Payment

Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy (see Section 5). We accept various payment methods as listed on the Website, including cryptocurrencies where available.

4.3 Shipping and Delivery

We ship Products worldwide, subject to export restrictions. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. 5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties

5.1 Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our Products (secure hardware with user-generated keys), all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases of defective Products. If a Product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt for inspection and potential replacement at our discretion. No returns for buyer’s remorse, misuse, or loss of keys. Precious metal values are not guaranteed and fluctuate with markets.

All acceptable refunds will be issued in USD, regardless of the original payment method used, and not in cryptocurrency.

5.2 Limited Warranty

Products come with a limited 1 month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, theft, or loss of access due to user error (e.g., forgotten keys). Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may result in repair or replacement.

THE WARRANTY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree:

• To use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services without our written consent.
• To secure your private keys and not share them.
• Not to use the Products for illegal activities, such as money laundering or funding terrorism.

Prohibited conduct includes hacking, transmitting viruses, infringing IP rights, or harassing others. Violations may result in termination of access and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including trademarks (e.g., CryptoBurrow™, Burrow Your Keys!), designs, logos, and text, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without our express permission. We have filed intent-to-use trademark applications with the USPTO for classes 9 (hardware wallets), 14 (coins) and 35 (Social Media). Unauthorized use violates our rights.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of cryptocurrencies due to user error, theft, or market fluctuations.
• Value changes in precious metals.
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Montana, USA.

11. Privacy

We collect minimal data for no-KYC sales, but may process information for orders and subscriptions.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
